How to go online on Bandlab?

The title basically says it. I've been trying to do a live collab with my friend for about an hour, but neither of us can figure out how to make the project sync with each other since we're both 'offline' according to the website. I've searched everywhere on Google, but there just isn't a tutorial.

TLDR; How do I go online instead of offline?
